manufacture and sale of instant noodles and snack noodles.

All the Group’s products are certified as “halal” and are distributed mainly in
the local Indonesian market.

Instant noodles are the Group’s flagship product and are marketed under Alhami,
Santremie, Maitri and Alimi brand names.

The Group’s snack noodles are marketed under Hola Hole and Mikka brand names.


Location
:
The Group’s administrative headquarters and factory are located in Medan,
Indonesia. The administrative and factory building occupies approximately
56,944 sq m of land and the built-up area of the factory building is
approximately 18,335 sq m.

Currently, the Group’s factory has six production lines with a production
capacity of approximately 741 million packs of instant noodles and 360 million
packs of snack noodles per annum.


Main Markets
:
The Group’s focus is the domestic market in Indonesia covering six provinces in
Sumatra Island, namely North Sumatra, Aceh, Riau, Jambi, West Sumatra and South
Sumatra, and Java Island. The Group’s major overseas markets are Malaysia,
Papua New Guinea, South Africa, Hong Kong, Palestinian territories, Madagascar
and Singapore."
