"On 28 October 2003, our Company was incorporated in Singapore under the
Companies Act as a private company limited by shares under the name of “JK Tech
Investments Pte. Ltd.”. Following the conversion of our Company into a public
limited company, our Company’s name was changed to “JK Tech Investments Ltd.”
on 5 August 2008. On 29 July 2011, we changed the name of our Company to “JK
Tech Holdings Limited”.

We are one of the leading one-stop providers of IT products, services and
solutions in Singapore. Our business can be classified into two (2) major
business segments, namely the supply and delivery business and the systems
integration and services business. We supply and sell a broad range of IT
products from different IT vendors, comprising computer hardware and software
products. Our systems integration and services business focuses on providing IT
solutions to companies which have gradually recognised the importance of using
IT systems to improve their business productivity, as well as the need to
develop an e-business strategy in the Internet age. We also maintain a wide
range of IT products and equipment which are available to our customers for
rental for meetings, seminars, product launches and exhibitions, as well as for
their temporary employees and business contingencies."
