LocalRecommends is an O2O platform which connects online customers with local merchants in Singapore. We are working hard to bring all offline shops to online while keeping their brick-and-mortar shops. LocalRecommends is a local start-up founded by NUS graduates because of the dream. We started this project on 1st December, web was online in Jan. IOS and Android Apps were released on 14 Feb. Merchant IOS and Android APP - Local Biz was released on 10 March. LocalRecommends will eventually build up an ecosystem which covering Discover, Check, Reserve, Transport, Order, Pay, and Review in Singapore. It is the ultimate guide to discover great local life. Users are one click away from finding what they want, while merchants can reach out to more customers. We believe customers should have an avenue to review the shops they went to and to receive recommendations in their daily lives. Real local recommends the real great local stuff to you here! Only locals know where the best stuff is in the town. LocalRecommends currently covers 10 categories of shops: Food, Leisure, Beauty, Fitness, Education, Life Service, Wedding, Car, Shopping, and Renovation. More categories are coming soon. Basically, we are trying to cover every local shop so that you can find whatever you need easily.
